• Designed the rollover experience for retirement accounts. The new experience offered an easier path for investing and brought in $430M in sales within 4 months.  

• Guided and mentored multiple designers through moving up to Senior/principal roles

• Established an accessibility auditing and testing process to deliver accessible experiences to our customers.

• Improved account opening completion rate from74% to 96% by identifying & solving friction points in the flow.

• Boston Public schools. Designed a mobile application to improve the communication between teachers and guardians of IEP/504 students to promote early intervention of learning disabilities

• Webster bank. Designed a financial product to teach children healthy financial habits, build their credit scores, and help guardians manage the allowance budget.
